Copper Country Bird Club

We've always wondered where the thousands of raptors that pass by Brockway Mountain go when they leave the Keweenaw.  We suspected they follow the shoreline SW past the Porkies and on to Duluth and then north to their breeding areas.  So we decided to do a modest raptor count in the Porkies.  In spring of 2019 we hired Ryne Rutherford and had him do the count.
